When would I need a Power of Attorney?

You may have a relative whom you fear may become mentally incapable of managing their own affairs. They would therefore need you to deal with their affairs and be able to continue to do so, even if they do become mentally incapable.

Our rates

We charge £300.00 plus VAT for drawing up a lasting Power of Attorney. We may need an additional £50.00 plus VAT if registration with the Office of the Public Guardian is required, in which the registration fee of £120.00 must be added.

We do not draw up any Power of Attorney that deals with money and property other than in England and Wales.
