Seller's Home Information Packs (HIPs) are now with us. They are supposed to speed up the process of buying and selling a residential property.

LAND REGISTRY ONLINE

The Land Registry's online service available to the general public for searching of registered properties. Go here www.landregisteronline.gov.uk

LAND REGISTRY FEES

The Land Registry have revised their fees as from the 6th July 2009. Download the new Fees Guide - Land Reg Fees.pdf Left click to view and right click and "Save Target as" to download.
