Cash flow is vital to the survival of many, especially small, businesses, so you need to be able to get your debtors to pay up. Using a firm of Debt Collectors is useful only up to a point, because if a debtor refuses to pay then Court proceedings have to commenced, which requires in many cases a Solicitor. So why not use a Solicitor at the outset for debt collection? A debtor will be aware that the Solicitor has the wherewithal to carry out any threats of Court proceedings.
