David Burch and Stephen Phillips started Burch Phillips & Co. almost 25years ago, having taken over the practice of H. Ellins & Co. (who previously had taken over the practice of Dehn & Lauderdale). David mainly specialises in matrimonial, employment, litigation (including personal injury claims and debt collection) and criminal work. Stephen, on the other hand, mainly specialises in work that keeps him out of having to attend court! (This is vital for a conveyancer who needs to be on hand throughout the day to deal with clients' queries) This work includes conveyancing, probate and wills and landlord and tenant work. We are currently the only practice in the West Drayton area dealing with conveyancing. Stephen also speaks a passable French and Modern Hebrew (עברית). Please note that, regrettably, we are unable to offer any of our services under the Legal Aid scheme. |
