David Burch and Stephen Phillips started Burch Phillips & Co. almost 30 years ago, having taken over the practice of H. Ellins & Co. David mainly specialises in matrimonial, employment, litigation (including personal injury claims and debt collection) and criminal work. Stephen, on the other hand, mainly specialises in work that keeps him out of having to attend court! (This is vital for a conveyancer who needs to be on hand throughout the day to deal with clients' queries) This work includes conveyancing, probate and wills and landlord and tenant work. We are currently the only practice in West Drayton proper dealing with conveyancing. Please note that, regrettably, we are unable to offer any of our services under the Legal Aid scheme.
